How is making artificial turf

Regional change sunlight globally, which is measured in kilobytes for Angel / 40 (Blue) - 230 (red)
Start

Begins production of artificial grass TURFSOCCER floss.
As a factory in the Middle East and with the R & D team we have, the TURFSOCCER know the climatic conditions and translate this knowledge into a special set of strings. As you can see on the map the Middle East by the greatest kilo to Angel in the world, and Kilo for Angel is a measure of exposure to ultraviolet red square meter of surface area, and this means that the products artificial turf we should enjoy the highest degree of protection possible so that they can get on permanent resistance.

granules
specifically polypropylene or polyethylene and this depends on future applications of the herb.
As materials are added to meet the highest demands and get a permanent resistance. And polypropylene and polyethylene materials inert and do not react easily with other materials.

The first step in the production of artificial grass yarn is heat-grained (polypropylene or polyethylene) so that means and through this process there is a color pigments and additives anti-ultraviolet red with the addition of other products.

Then the liquid is poured in a mold under high pressure, and simulates this template installation of natural grass in two different ways: as a single string or bar as a fibrillated flat bar.

Single thread: the liquid is poured in a plate with small holes so granted specific strength and flexibility. The shape of the hole is the one who determines the form of conflicting section of yarn.
And always resides yarn unilaterally from more than one thread, such as 6 or 8 or even 12 thread.

Thread tape Alliafaty: the liquid is poured in a very thin layer is cut into small strips Aafatyh so as to produce the form of honeycomb and installation.

And usually wears tape products Allifaty classic faster than the single threaded on.
In single-filament yarn is used a lot of different shapes and conflicting sections: round and triangular shaped and S and V-shaped and all kinds of other innovative forms.

To design a good yarn mono need a more optimal use of design conflicting sections with good material properties as well as experience and technical crowned with knowledge. The research found polymer based on the knowledge and mechanical calculations of R & D department of us to the many new forms in the market, especially developed to offer and provide the best rates of endurance and strength.
